- Cancel future renewals at any time
- No paid plan starts without clear consent
Cancellation and refund policy
No payment is collected during the free beta, so there is currently nothing to cancel and no charge to refund. Before paid plans become available, this page will be updated with the exact purchase and cancellation process.
For future single-event purchases, a cancellation request made before the event has been used will be reviewed promptly. Subscription cancellation will stop future renewals while preserving access through the paid period. Refunds and remedies will always be provided where required by Australian Consumer Law.
