Terms of use
Fair rules for every table.
By using TableChoice, you agree to use it responsibly and understand the limits of a menu-planning service. These terms were last updated 14 September 2026.
What TableChoice provides
TableChoice helps an organiser collect meal preferences for a group booking and prepare a summary for a restaurant. It does not make or guarantee restaurant reservations, place orders, process restaurant payments or confirm that a venue accepted the submitted choices.
Organiser responsibilities
Organisers must provide accurate event details, use official or authorised restaurant menus, keep organiser access details private, review imported menu information and obtain permission before entering another person’s name or email. The organiser is responsible for confirming the final booking, menu availability, prices, deadlines and dietary requirements with the venue.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must enter genuine choices for the intended event and should check that their selections match the restaurant’s current menu. Serious allergies or dietary safety requirements must be discussed directly with the organiser and restaurant.
Restaurant information
Restaurant names, menus, logos, prices and links belong to their respective owners. TableChoice is not sponsored by or affiliated with a restaurant merely because its public information appears in restaurant search or an organiser attaches its menu. Menus can change and automatic extraction may be incomplete.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another organiser’s private responses, upload unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another person, overwhelm the service with automated requests or use TableChoice to harass, deceive or cause harm. Access may be limited or removed to protect users and the service.
Accounts and availability
Organisers are responsible for their account and for signing out on shared devices. TableChoice may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages or security work. We will take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Retention and ending use
Organisers can delete events at any time. Events and their guest responses are automatically deleted 60 days after the meal date. TableChoice may remove abandoned, unlawful or harmful content sooner.
Charges, cancellations and refunds
The currently available beta is free and does not collect card details. Any future paid option will show its full price, billing period and cancellation terms before purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. See Pricing & refunds for the current offer.
Under 18
Anyone under 18 should have permission from a parent or guardian before purchasing a future paid organiser service or running a business through TableChoice.
